Hüseyin HALICI began his primary education in Erzurum and completed it in Istanbul. He completed his secondary and high school education at Haydarpaşa High School in Istanbul. He graduated from Yildiz Technical University in 1990, Faculty of Engineering, Electronics and Communication Department which he started in the academic year 1986-1987. He started his master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology at the same year and completed in 1993.

He started his career at Turk Telecom Corporate Company Head of Istanbul. He also began his PhD studies in Electronics and Communication Engineering Program at the Institute of Science and Technology in 1994. He resigned from Turk Telekom in 1995 and founded Halıcı Electronic an Telecommunication Company with 3 partners. After completing PhD courses, he completed his military service at Ankara M.S.B. Air Tools Main Factory and Warehouse Command. He completed his Ph.D. study at the Department of Biomedical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Dr. İnci ÇİLESİZ ve Prof. Dr. Mustafa ELÇİOĞLU.

Dr. Hüseyin HALICI is a general manager of Halıcı Electronic, at the same time since 2009 in the 4th and 5th period as a member of the Board of Directors of the ENOSAD – Industrial Automation Industrialists Association since 2015, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 6th and 7th periods.
